A sound bath is where you can let the stress of the world melt away. The sound waves from the Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and various other instruments help reset your body to a natural vibration.
• Exposure to the sound waves helps calm anxiety and reduce negative thoughts.
• The deep relaxation you will experience may even promote better sleep.
