Group Therapy: Therapeutic Book Club for Moms (Babies are welcome!)

Join us for a 6 week in-person group therapy program for moms! We will be meeting at Fireside Haven in Hespeler, Cambridge on Thursdays from 10:45am- 11:45am. Babies are welcome to join!

Using the book Mothershift by Jessie Harrold as a guide, we will learn how to navigate the changes we are experiencing as moms. Being a mom is a tough job and comes with so many ups and downs. Learn strategies to improve your mental health as you traverse the change motherhood brings. You are not alone if you have been feeling a bit lost. The good news is that we are supposed to feel lost. It is a normal and expected part of motherhood, however it is rarely talked about. The process of being lost is where we will eventually find ourselves.
