Flourish Fiesta - Fun class + end of year celebrations!

Join us for a vibrant 1 hour class that brings together the best of Flourish in one dynamic experience! This special session will feature a mix of barre, yoga, core and strength, dance and relaxation, with the different segments led by our amazing team of teachers, each bringing their unique expertise and energy.

We’ll flow through energising sequences, sculpt and tone, centre ourselves with core work and have fun with some simple dance steps. The class will finish with soothing yoga stretches and relaxation, leaving you feeling both invigorated and at peace.

Perfect for all levels, this celebration of movement is our way of wrapping up the year with fun and community connection!

After class we will be giving out prizes, including for best dressed (think festive or fun) and mixing and mingling over food and drinks. We hope you can join us for the class (make sure to book in) or just come afterwards for good cheer🎁
