Start your weekend in a sacred state of flow. This unique sound bath invites you to float on the gentle waters of Orr’s Lake as the sun sets and the air softens. Let healing frequencies from crystal bowls, chimes, flute, and soothing vocals move through you as your body rests in water or on the land.

Whether floating or grounded, this experience will help you release the weight of the week and return to your deepest self.

• Floating sound bath with live healing instruments
