Embodied Anatomy - The Organic Psoas

Embodied anatomy, or experiential anatomy, is an approach that takes the study of anatomy of the page and into your felt-experience.

Build on your understanding of the musculo-skeletal system as the container of the body with familiarity of the organ systems as content for support and movement.
