In this primarily immersive cheese tasting experience, you'll embark on a flavorful journey across diverse regions and styles, exploring a spectrum of textures and tastes that will elevate your appreciation for cheese and the wines that pair with them.

Experience the creamy richness of soft cheeses, their delicate and buttery notes melting on your palate, contrasted with the bold, tangy complexity of aged cheeses that offer layers of umami and a satisfying, savory depth. From the earthy aroma of washed rinds to the sharp, crumbly allure of blue-veined cheeses, each bite reveals a new aspect of craftsmanship and terroir. You’ll discover the balance between sweet and salty, the play of creaminess and crunch, and how aging influences the nuances of flavor, from nutty and milky to piquant and intense.

This tasting is a journey into the art of cheesemaking, where each cheese tells a story of tradition, environment, and technique. Whether you're passionate about the craft or simply curious to explore, this curated experience is designed for those who want to dive deeper into the complexities of cheese, expanding their palate while savoring every bite. Of course, while the primary focus is on the cheese, we will be showcasing the wines that pair beautifully with them and enhance their unique attributes.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs. The health and safety of our guests is a priority for us.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
