Caru Lins Quarteto

Brazilian singer Caru Lins has toured across Europe, Asia, and South America, performing at renowned venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, Spice of Life, Pizza Express Soho, in London.
Known as the vocalist of the acclaimed Brazilian band Cores do Samba, Caru is accompanied here by the talented quartet: Vicki Kenny (keyboard), Les Cirkel (drums), and Giulio Lampronti (double bass). Together they present the band’s more intimate and jazzy side.

Expect a journey through the elegance of Bossa Nova standards by Jobim, the passion of songs made famous by Elis Regina, and soulful interpretations inspired by jazz greats like Billie Holiday, Blossom Dearie, Chet Baker and Ella Fitzgerald.
