This is a FREE class! It will be held at the Rocksteady Boxing Gym in Cambridge, all levels welcome.

Donations are accepted if you are so moved, but not at all necessary or tracked.
Bring clean shoes and sweat towels, with. Some mats are available but you are welcome to bring your own.
I have scheduled this class for 12 weeks but do intend on continuing it (Lord willing) if I have regular participation from even a few.
