The night features award-winning saxophonist and founder of the Charles River Jazz Festival, Seba Molnar, joined by an all-star band: Grammy-nominated vocalist Debo Ray, trumpeter Billy Buss, keyboardist Jiri Nedoma, David Ling, bassist Mike Garry, and drummer Tyson Jackson.
Sharing the bill is Puerto Rican-born saxophonist, pianist, and composer Edmar Colón, whose career spans collaborations with Esperanza Spalding, Terri Lyne Carrington, Wayne Shorter, and the Boston Pops. From arranging Grammy-winning albums to premiering works with Branford Marsalis, Colón continues to shape the future of jazz and contemporary composition.
