Body Image Inside Out Workshop for Providers

Join us for an immersive, full-day workshop designed for dieticians, therapists, and healthcare professionals who want to feel more confident and equipped when addressing body image issues and struggles. Using the framework from their book Body Image Inside Out, this experiential training will provide you with practical tools to shift deeply ingrained body image patterns, while also supporting clinicians in examining their own relationship with body image.

• Identify and explore what aspects of this work are challenging for you and learn tools to feel more comfortable and confident in body image conversations.

• How to help your clients channel jealousy and comparison into self discovery.
• Gain practical tools to offer your clients a different relationship with their clothing and closet, offering them a powerful playground for practicing a more aligned relationship with themselves..
• How to help your clients understand and explore the interplay between their relationships and their body image.

Workshop Style:

• Dynamic teaching including frameworks, practical and creative tools, case examples and personal stories. Ample time for Q and A.
• Engage in reflective writing and engaging exercises: Dive into your personal experiences and patterns through guided exercises.
• Connect with others: In a safe, supportive and playful environment, share your stories and wonders in both small and large group discussions with like-minded professionals.
