In this lively tasting class, we’ll sip our way through the many styles of sparkling wine—from the elegant Champagne of France to crisp Cava from Spain, Prosecco from Italy, and more, including a few unexpected gems. 

We’ll demystify the sparkle: What makes the bubbles form? What’s the difference between méthode traditionnelle and tank method? Why does Champagne cost more—and is it worth it? You’ll learn how to taste sparkling wines like a pro while discovering what makes each style and region unique.

Whether you're celebrating something special or just here for the fizz, this class is all about joyful sipping, curious tasting, and finding new sparkling wines to love.
