TITLE: Water: The Single Most Important Molecule for Life – How it impacts on energy delivery mechanisms and inflammation with implications for management.

DATE: Tuesday 7th October

TIME: 19:00 BST
19:00 CEST (Central European Time), 14:00 EDT (Eastern Time)

DESCRIPTION:

Water: The Single Most Important Molecule for Life – how it impacts on energy delivery mechanisms and inflammation with implications for management.

Water makes up 99% of all molecules in the body - it holds enzymes, cell membranes, and all by chemical machinery in the correct 3-dimensional shape for perfect energy delivery mechanisms. The special quality which allows this is fourth phase or exclusion zone water. The quality of EZ water directly ties in with inflammation.

This talk will discuss the physical properties of EZ water, the implications for energy delivery and inflammation and most importantly what we can do about it with respect to the prevention of disease.
