Delicate Dragonfly Fused Glass Workshop

Come along and make a dragonfly for your garden wall or to put on a stake.

In this workshop you will create a dragonfly using Rainbow Glass for the wings, stencils to put the veining, and enamels and dichroic glass for the body.

You'll learn how to cut curves in the glass as well as how to build the structure of a dragonfly.

You will cut four wings, mirrored left and right, as well as the body pieces which you will decorate. The wings will get an initial firing, and then everything else will be fired to build the finished piece.

These will then be fused for you, drilled and available to take away approximately a week later.

All materials will be provided as well as a stake to mount the finished piece.

Suitable for beginners but some knowledge of cutting glass will be helpful.
