In this class, you’ll create a personal dream journal and discover how to harness it for vivid dream recall, decoding your unique dream messages, inducing spontaneous lucid dreams, and exploring your inner Self.
You’ll learn how to:
• Remember and record your dreams every night
• Decode your unique dream symbolism
• Communicate with your subconscious mind
• Spark lucid dreams through dream journal techniques
• Use dream incubation (dream planning) to guide your dream experiences, receive answers & influence your dream world
*New dream journals will be provided, but feel free to bring your own blank journal if you’d like to use another one instead!
