Join us for a magical, candlelit evening of connection and healing at beautiful Lacamas Lodge. Led by yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator Emily Olson, this 90-minute circle blends gentle movement, calming breathwork techniques, sound healing, laughter, and even a little dancing.

Experience the unique power of breathwork in a group setting—it’s truly transformative. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, all are welcome.
