Embark on a musical journey to the center of your heart. Let this short & sweet mini retreat serve as a devotional offering to your highest self. We will chant, and then we will chant some more, and we will experience the bliss of a silent heart. We will talk about how chanting affects our physiology and mental health and experience deeply our connectedness to the universe and one another through sacred song.
