An evening of folktales around the campfire, featuring sylvan stories from the forest and woodlands of Britain and Ireland.
Expect amorous encounters, evil elves, the slightly suspect names of orchard guardians and a heroine who knows what she wants and how to get it.
Delivered by Graeme Cooke, host of the Tales of Britain and Ireland podcast in the beautiful surroundings of the Rika ACE CIC woodlands in Ravenshead, Nottinghamshire.
All tales told with humour, wandering asides and above all else a great love for the stories.

"Modern storytelling at its best, with cinematic scene-setting and moments of genuine tension"
"Storytelling for today. Quirky, clever, and so entertaining. If I had a castle, I would happily pay to keep this teller of tales at my hearth for the winter."
βGraeme has managed to make old British folk tales accessible without losing the original meaning.β
