Aqua Aerobics Caloundra

Aqua Aerobics with Music is a social activity that is valuable for body, brain and mental health.

For people diagnosed with dementia, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Related disorders like Parkinson's, stroke and seniors with mobility issues.
$10 an individual paid to the pool.
Instructor, Glenn has a Sport's Science degree and years of experience as a fitness instructor.
