We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for current U16’s / Year 11 footballers to take the next step in both their footballing and academic development.
In partnership with Plymouth Argyle Community Trust, we are now recruiting for our Post-16 Football Education Programme, and we are inviting players to attend our Open Trial on Thursday 19th June, 17:30–19:30.
Showcase your ability and potentially earn a place in our Plymouth Argyle Football Development Team!
This unique programme provides:
• Daily training with UEFA and FA licensed coaches, aligned to the professional academy model.
• Weekly competitive fixtures in the EFL Community & Education Alliance League, against other development programmes connected with professional clubs across the South West.
• A Level 3 Diploma in Sports Coaching – equivalent to 3 A-Levels – preparing students for university, careers in sport, or further opportunities in football or
• A Level 2 Diploma in Sports Coaching – A 1-year programme allowing those who require additional support with English or Maths the opportunity to complete a 1-year programme allowing progression to the level 3 upon successful completion.
Our aim is to develop technically strong, tactically aware, and physically prepared players in a professional environment that also values academic achievement and personal growth.
