Grow Share Prepare Tamar Valley - Come along to find out more!

Come along to an informal meet up to find out more about Grow Share Prepare, an exciting new programme for Callington and surrounding Tamar Valley this Autumn

Grow Share Prepare seeks to engage people who are not currently in work or education in growing fruit and vegetables, cooking fresh healthy produce to share with their community and engage in relevant work place experience and well-being training to increase opportunities in gaining employment or further volunteering.

The project which builds on volunteering opportunities through the Tamara Landscape Partnership Scheme aims to enthuse and build awareness of the variety of roles in food, farming and hospitality work through visits and experiences; at the same time as increasing well-being and confidence in gaining or returning to employment through practical training.

The project is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund under the Tamara Landscape Partnership Scheme and the National Lottery Community Fund. The Tamara Landscape Partnership Scheme is a 5-year project that aims to create a brighter future for the Tamar Valley and its communities.
