Join us for a joyful, family-friendly celebration of spring at Phee Bee’s Hello Spring Craft Fair & Flea Market! This community event features handmade artisans, bakers, select small businesses, and outdoor flea market vendors in a welcoming and festive atmosphere.
THIS EVENT IS FREE TO THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND & ENJOY!!
We are currently accepting vendor applications on a first-come, first-served basis. (Fee required)
🌼 Vendor Eligibility
This event is open primarily to:
Handmade artisans
Bakers
Jam/jelly makers and locally produced honey, syrup, molasses, or fruit butters
A limited number of spaces are reserved for small businesses and direct-sale vendors. Phoebe Needles Center, Inc. reserves the right to decline any application that does not align with the event’s mission and family-friendly environment.
🏪 Booth Spaces
Indoor Booths: Approximately 10’ x 10’
Outdoor Booths: Located on the McCauley Community Center deck (covered), approximately 10’ wide x 6’ deep
Vendors must remain within their assigned space and keep displays, products, and signage contained within their booth area.
Booth assignments are final unless changed by Phoebe Needles Center, Inc.
🪑 Tables, Tents & Supplies
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, and display materials.
Table rentals are available for $5 per table.
⚡ Electricity
Electricity is available for display purposes only.
Table lights are permitted.
Heaters, ovens, and high-draw electrical equipment are not allowed.
Vendors must provide their own extension cords and securely tape down cords for safety.

By completing the registration (reserving a booth or table) the vendor acknowledges that they have read and understand the event rules and that they agree to abide by them.
