ALL COMPETITORS MUST BRING A FOOD ITEM TO ENTER. ALL COMPETITORS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT TO SIGN WAIVERS.
REGISTRATION ENDS AT 11:30 AND CONTEST STARTS AT NOON SHARP.
