Sound Meditation at The Gallery at Bex

Join us at The Gallery at Bex this April for Sound Meditations led by two talented practitioners, offering unique healing experiences. Peace by Kate will guide crystal alchemy bowl sessions on April 9th & 23rd from 7:00 – 8:15 PM ($40). These soothing vibrations, rooted in ancient traditions, promote deep relaxation and restoration. Ana Cecere will lead sound meditations with metal (Tibetan/Himalayan) bowls on April 16th & 30th, from 7:00 – 8:15 PM ($45). These resonant tones ground and harmonize the mind, body, and soul.
