Sound Meditation Wednesdays at The Gallery at Bex

Join us at The Gallery at Bex for Sound Meditations led by two talented practitioners, who are offering unique healing experiences this May. Peace by Kate will guide crystal alchemy bowl sessions on May 7 & 21 from 7:00 – 8:15 PM ($40). These soothing vibrations, rooted in ancient traditions, promote deep relaxation and restoration. Ana Cecere will lead sound meditations with metal (Tibetan/Himalayan) bowls on May 14 & 28, from 7:00 – 8:15 PM ($45). These resonant tones ground and harmonize the mind, body, and soul.
