🌿✨ Earth to Ether
Forest walks, intentional sips, nourished bites & sound medicine
🗓️ 07/13/2025
🕰️ 11AM–2PM (or stay a little longer—we’re not rushing out)
📍 Woodland Haven – 25 private acres in Ranger, GA
This is a slow and sacred journey—designed to help you land back in your body, reconnect with the land, and soften into stillness.
We’ll begin with a mindful forest walk, letting the noise of everyday life fall away step by step. Then we’ll gather on the deck beneath the trees for a food meditation and tea tasting, guided by Julie from Blue Owl Yoga. You’ll sip three herbal blends—each crafted to support grounding, openness, and integration—and enjoy nourishing bites with full presence.
From there, we move to water.
You’ll float in the saltwater pool, surrounded by trees and sky, while Kalie from Twisted Rootz Sacred Sound leads a floating sound immersion using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, and more. The sound moves through you, supporting deep rest and energetic clearing.
We’ll end with a hands-on tea blending ritual so you can take home a custom herbal blend—infused with your own intention.
You’re welcome to stay after, connect, reflect, or just breathe. This space is here for building community, not checking a box.
