The yoga flow will be designed to be approachable, grounding, and easy to drop into, whether you’re a regular yogi or just looking to try something new.

After class, stick around and enjoy a drink while hanging out and easing into the rest of your weekend.

This is a low-pressure, feel-good way to do something different on a Saturday morning, no rush, no expectations. Come with a friend or come solo.
