YMCA Calgary Pride Parade 2025

Join YMCA Calgary on Sunday, August 31, 2025, to walk in the Calgary Pride Parade, celebrating inclusion, belonging, and support for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. The parade starts at 11:00 a.m., with arrival time around 10:00 a.m. The route begins at Studio Bell (4 Street SE) and proceeds to 5 Street SW along 9 Avenue. Participants will receive free YMCA Pride swag, including a t-shirt, Pride socks, sweatbands, and a Shine On bucket hat. Swag can be picked up before parade day. Remember to wear your YMCA Pride swag, dress comfortably, and bring a hat, sunscreen, walking shoes, and a water bottle. YMCA Calgary supports Camp fYrefly, a summer camp for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth run by the Centre for Sexuality and hosted at Camp Chief Hector YMCA.
