5:00–6:00 PM: Arrival & check-in
6:00–6:30 PM: Short presentation — West Point offerings, recent projects, and industry case highlights
6:30–7:00 PM: “Roulette” spotlight — attendees who arrive before 6 PM can drop a business card, enter a fun contest, and get 10 minutes to showcase their business or personal projects to all guests — a chance to gain exposure and potential clients!
7:00–8:00 PM: Networking, wine, and tapas — relax, connect, and enjoy a fun, stress-free evening
