You’ll explore how to strengthen your immune system through food, supplements, and simple daily rituals, and we’ll close with energizing breathwork to leave you feeling uplifted and refreshed.
Each participant will receive a mini eBook with 10 easy, immunity-boosting recipes to help you bring these practices into your daily life.
