After finding fame in a previous life fronting the acclaimed, iconic country roots band Prairie Oyster, Russell deCarle found his true calling with his third solo album, Alone in this Room (2017). Featuring the incomparable style-master Steve Briggs on guitar, Western swing and mid-century torch song noir meet him crooning in the kind of late-night bar where you don’t want the night to end.
