Saturday - Teams speed and freestyle events
Sunday - Individual speed and freestyle events

Competitive rope skipping combines elements of aerobics, synchronized dance, gymnastics and break dancing all tied together with jump ropes. These elements combine into a fast-paced crowd-pleasing exhibition and competitive sport.
