Learn how to design and create your very own beautiful fall planter to enjoy on your porch, patio, or garden!
This hands-on class will guide you from start to finish—budgeting, plant selection, and arrangement—so you leave with a stunning seasonal planter that reflects your style.
The class will start with discussing basics of materials you need, including ideal containers and soil, and then how to work up a basic design and budget.
Next, you will tour sections of the greenhouse to look at plant options for your container, selecting the plants you would like to include.
Finally, you will bring the plants selected to the workshop area to arrange with the guidance of your instructor. You may also choose to purchase addition decor to add to the arrangement.
Note: The class price covers instruction, soil, and a bit of decor. Plants are an additional cost and must be purchased in store (remember your membership card for the discount!). You may bring your own container (12" pot) or purchase one at the garden centre.
Bring an apron, gloves, and snips or scissors, as well as a covering for your car seat if you want to use them.
