Heading into Calgary for a fun night of running around the 450m Olympic oval indoor track. Come do a workout or social run, whatever you like!
Please organize car pools accordingly and RSVP if you can make it.
My plan is to do 12 Single lap intervals of 450m:
Warm-up: 10 minutes easy running.
Workout:
12 x 450 m interval with 90sec rest (progression from first interval to last interval pacing)
Cool-down: 10 minutes easy running.
