October Beginner Acroyoga Series

Is this your first time doing acro, or you want to hone your acro basics?

The six week / six session series will give you everything you need to practice acroyoga safely and level up your practice so you can join our intermediate classes.

The six-class series is taught by Bryce Hodgkinson, with Tereza Janikova assisting, who have been leading acroyoga for a combined 9 years, and practicing for a combined 20.

Classes are held in a facility with soft mats. The only equipment we require you to bring is your favourite athletic clothing and water.

You're welcome to sign up with friends or by yourself!

Times: 7:15PM to 8:45PM, Mondays, October 6, 20, 27, Nov 3, 10, and 17th. Note there is no class on October 13th.
