Dive into the rich history and tradition of Neapolitan pizza in this immersive class.
Guests will learn about the importance of authentic ingredients and the defining characteristics of this beloved dish. The hands-on session includes crafting a traditional pizza sauce from San Marzano tomatoes and mastering the art of stretching and topping pizza dough.
With a focus on elevated, traditional toppings such as prosciutto, burrata and artichokes, this class offers an authentic culinary experience. A recipe card with dough and sauce recipes and topping inspirations is provided.
