Leading with Intentional Energy: A Workshop with Erin Thorp

WCE Calgary is thrilled to welcome back Erin Thorp for an engaging and practical workshop: Leading with Intentional Energy — a session designed to help leaders shift from managing time to managing energy with intention.

Participants will explore tools to anchor in their future self, identify what energizes versus drains them, and apply the Eisenhower Matrix to align their choices with energy priorities. The session offers a practical framework for managing energy as leaders, helping them move beyond feeling “too busy” and start investing in what truly matters.

This workshop builds on Erin’s popular session on Tactical Empathy from two years ago and responds to current challenges faced by our members — including the struggle to balance time and energy. Erin will introduce her Inside-Out Tactical Empathy framework and equip participants with actionable tools to support implementation.
