Journey Through Sound - Singing Bowl Meditation

Join us on a journey of gentle voice guided meditation, supported by the sounds of Singing Bowls and other sound healing tools. The journey is done through while seated in a comfortable, cozy ceiling hammock.

Sound frequencies travel through a medium; water or air. When we hear the sound of the bowls, we don’t just perceive it through our ears; the sound frequencies also travel through the liquid in our cells, thus promoting powerful self-healing and left/right brain hemisphere synchronization.

Amongst the wide variety of benefits, these sound frequencies have the powerful qualities to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, heal the body and guide the soul.

No previous meditation experience required, everyone is welcome.
