Intersections 2: Revenue Strategies

What are the differences between fundraising results and financial results? Why is that designation important? What are the legal requirements around accounting specific to fund development? What is the link between strategy and finance? This session will begin with a panel conversation around these important concepts, followed by roundtable conversations around revenue strategy topics.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

• Explain the difference between fundraising results and financial results
• Define legal requirements of accounting as they pertain to fund development
• Identify tactics to support revenue generation within your organization

The session is 4.5 hours long, with a 30 minute lunch break. While some snacks will be provided, it is recommended that you bring a lunch as the food vendors in the building are busy at lunchtime.
