Somatics Training for Yoga Teachers: Embodied Awareness & Intuitive Movement

Somatics is the practice of deep listening to the body, exploring movement from within, and cultivating a more intuitive, healing approach to yoga. This training is designed for yoga teachers who want to guide students in moving with greater awareness, sensitivity, and connection to their own bodies.

In this training, you will:
* Explore the principles of somatic movement and embodied anatomy
* Learn how to integrate somatic practices into yoga classes for deeper mind-body awareness
* Develop tools to help students release tension, improve mobility, and rewire movement patterns *Refine your language and cueing to foster a more intuitive and exploratory experience
