Immerse yourself in the beautiful anatomy of your unique physical and energetic body. This yoga teacher training Immersion will focus our attention on the musculoskeletal anatomy in yoga asana practice.

Our physical anatomy will be connected to the Chakra energy system. Jennifer will guide you to be familiar with that which you cannot see. You learn to direct energy and the healing potential within you.

Our physical body is a temple. It is an expression of our spiritual being. If you live with it in peace and harmony great things will manifest.
