Explore the fundamentals of ceramic hand-building in this six-session course designed for beginners and returning students alike. Through guided instruction from Kiumars Kamalinia, you’ll learn essential techniques including coil, slab, and pinch construction while building confidence and creativity in clay.
All necessary tools are provided. Firing and glazing for two pieces are included with the course, and additional works can be fired for a small fee. Clay will be prepared and available for purchase directly from KAS, making it easy to dive in and start creating.
Join us to develop your skills, experiment with form and texture, and enjoy the satisfaction of crafting your own ceramic pieces from start to finish.
