• 6 week program for ages 8 - 11
• You can register at or with a free ticket on this page.
• Sliding scale pricing is available! Price goes from FREE up to $85 for the 6 weeks.
• Once you have registered, I will send you an information form, invoice and waiver.
• Pre-registration required to attend!

The program runs for ALL the dates below:

• October 21 from 6:30 - 7:30pm
• October 28 from 6:30 - 7:30pm
• November 4 from 6:30 - 7:30pm
• November 18 from 6:30 - 7:30pm
• November 25 from 6:30 - 7:30pm
• December 2 from 6:30 - 7:30pm

*No program on November 11 for Remembrance Day

Resilience from the Roots, Grow your Power within:

When I was teaching elementary school, I wished there was more time and space for experiences that the children could really benefit from, such as practicing emotional and physical regulation, a growth mindset, and authentic self-expression.

Most importantly, I wished there was more time for movement, creativity, and play!

This planted the seed of an idea - I wanted to offer these experiences to the community outside of the classroom. This series collects what I’ve learned as an educator, a volunteer, and a learner into a 6 week playful container that includes breathwork, somatics, journaling, art and play.
