What Is Foxtrot?
Foxtrot is a smooth, progressive ballroom dance known for its elegance and grace. Danced to big band and jazz-style music, it’s characterized by flowing movements, clean lines, and a rhythmic step pattern.
Learning Foxtrot builds strong partner communication and introduces foundational concepts that support all ballroom dancing.
