On November 6th, join us for our final installment Leadercore Calgary's 2025: Leading with Engagement. Learn how to incorporate a simple but profound GiANT tool - 5 Gears - to help you and your team be in "the right gear at the right time" to maximize healthy, sustainable performance by engaging every member of your team.

• How to maximize the productivity of each Voice
• The performance-building value of each Voice
• How harnessing the power of your team creates alignment that supercharges performance

Info: Doors will open at 8am providing 30mins of valuable networking time with other Calgary area leaders ahead of the session. This will also be an excellent time ahead of our session for participants to pick up their personalized Prompty name tag/digital business card and begin connecting with others. While very user friendly, Prompty will be onsite to help in this process.

It starts with Building Trust. “The Influence Model” tool equips you to become more intentional with how you build relationships. Whether they know it or not, people are always looking for 4 things when deciding whether to grant their trust to you, Character, Chemistry, Competence, and Credibility. Without these, effective relationships cannot happen. But when you do fulfill these things, there is a deeper opportunity for relationships and impact if both parties are willing to lower their walls of self-preservation.
