When women gather to crack open their hearts - to feel, to surrender to what is, and to explore the unknown - alchemy happens.

The kind of alchemy that inspires you to evolve from the inside out.
The kind of alchemy that declares: I am here to be the creator of my life.

To step into that creation, we must honor the death and rebirth cycle.

What is longing to be put to rest, to dissolve beneath your fingertips, and feel complete?
What is waiting to be birthed, experienced, and forged into this time and space?

You are the guide and the culprit of this journey, and it is through your sensing, feeling body that clarity will arise.

Join me as we gather in circle:
• To sit before cacao as her pupils.
• To sing from the womb and nourish the nervous system.
• To move and be moved by the body’s story.
• To express - rawly, freely, wildly.

This ritual is for the woman who feels ready to meet herself in her depths.
For the woman who longs to connect authentically in community.
For the woman who desires to carve time and space for her own becoming.

6:30–9:00 PM (arrive between 6:15–6:20 PM)
Yoga mats, bolsters, cacao, mugs, and all ritual elements provided
Investment: $51

Parking is available across the street or streetside.
The entrance is in between two large white walls to the right of the Inside Out gym. There will be signage to guide you.
You will buzz the Inside Out number on the panel to enter. Taking the elevator up to the second floor.

No experience is required, only an open mind and a curious heart.
