Cradle of Hope: Women's Advent Liturgy & Workshop

Come and rest in the Cradle of Hope—where Mary waits with us, teaches us to trust, and reminds us that even in the waiting, God is at work.

Whether you are struggling to meet the daily demands of a busy schedule (or maybe even quiet schedules), are in the throes of parenthood, or sitting in the ache of unfulfilled desires, Mary and Jesus await you there. The reflections, workshop, and talks throughout this event will encompass the parallels of Mary’s anticipation for Jesus to our own spiritual and physical wait. Therefore, join Beloved Daughters Ministry as we carve out intentional time to learn how to let Mary and Jesus renew hope within our daily lives.

Below you will find an outline for the day:

11:15 am- Mass

12:00 pm- Adoration (with opportunity to receive the sacrament of Confession)

1:00 pm- Lunch

1:50-4:00 pm- Afternoon Activities (which will include a reflection, a testimony, as well as a keynote talk)

Infants are welcome.

***Please note: St. John the Evangelist Parish does not have a designated parking lot, only street parking is available.
