Community Group Run - TRAILS

Join us for a community trail run at Nose Hill focused on connection, not pace. This is a socially paced group run with regular stops at key intersections and the tops of hills so everyone can regroup, catch their breath, and enjoy the views. All levels are welcome, including those new to trails. We move together, support each other, and make it to the finish as a group. Bring a reusable mug and hang out after for a warm drink and good trail chat.
