Chapter & Cause

Chapter and Cause is a book club for readers interested in exploring literature through the lens of social issues. Each month, we’ll read and discuss works that raise important questions about culture, politics, and identity. Our goal is to create a thoughtful, engaging space where participants can share ideas, challenge perspectives, and connect through conversation. Whether you’re new to critical reading or already passionate about it, this is an opportunity to think deeply and engage meaningfully with books and with one another.

• Who can attend: The event is open to UCalgary graduate students of all backgrounds, with no prior knowledge of the book required
