Medicine Wheel Teachings: Delve into the ancient wisdom of the Medicine Wheel, understanding its cycles and how they relate to the changing seasons of our lives.
Smudging Opening Ceremony (Optional)
Drumming & Dyads: Participate in rhythmic drumming sessions that will not only soothe your soul but also foster deep connections through dyad exercises.
Eagle Feather Sharing Circle: Share your stories, insights, and reflections in a safe and sacred space, guided by the wisdom of the Eagle Feather.
