Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath in a Geodesic Dome on October 4, 2025

Join us for a heart-opening evening inside a sacred geodesic dome 25 minutes west of Calgary, nestled in a peaceful field with stunning views of the mountains.

We’ll begin the evening with a cacao ceremony, a gentle ritual using warm and ceremonial grade cacao, which is pure chocolate in its most natural form. For centuries, cacao has been cherished for its ability to open the heart, calm the mind, and help you feel more connected to yourself, to others, and to the present moment. It’s not psychedelic or overwhelming in any nature, but rather a nourishing way to feel grounded, open, and at ease.

Cacao is rich in vitamins and minerals like magnesium, which supports relaxation, and contains natural compounds such as PEA, the “love molecule” that gently encourage feelings of warmth and heart-opening.

After sipping cacao, you’ll be invited to lie back and relax into a sound bath consisting of crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum and chimes creating calming vibrations. These sounds help slow your brain waves, release tension from the body, and support your nervous system in settling into deep rest.

Together, cacao and sound create a powerful combination gently opening your heart, allowing you to be more receptive helping your body and mind truly relax.

The dome is located on private land 25 minutes west of Calgary. The exact location will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please note: There is a short earth road that you must follow up to the dome from the main driveway to arrive at the dome.
